  This cafe is always packed of people, but customer service is always amazing.
  Love the people that works here. Always friendly even at the end of the day.
  Coffee is made nicely. Lots of choices in the menu.

  Fantastic coffee, one of the best in Melbourne. Always tastes great and there’s a nice variety, both hot and cold. The food is also great and there’s many options for breakfast and lunch, as well as desserts. The chicken sandwiches are a standout. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location, right next to coles and the escalators.

  After watching one of the workers without gloves touch his phone, make his toasty, after biting it using the same knife for other food to cut it in half where he had already bitten it then put it back in the toaster with his hands and then go off to make my toasty. I will never eat from that place again. Hopefully management reflects on the importance of hygiene standards. Would hate for the food health department to have witnessed what I saw.

  Good for a quick cup of coffee as you shop across the centre. It's in front of Coles. There is a good variety of desserts available to have with your coffee or beverage. I got Caramelate and it was good in taste. But it's not for those who like to have a very strong flavoured coffee.
  They have an ample sitting space as well.

  I don't often give either 1 or 5 stars... but my lattee was extremely burnt and my partner's was also. The baristas probably need more training before serving. Unfortunately, I could not finish my coffee. Not even up to standards of production line coffee.

  Coffee was very hot and didn't feel like coffee at all. Felt more like drinking hot water.
