  Hey there, Apologies if i slept her name incorrectly, but i really wanted to put forward my appreciation to Simran for her incredible service with handing my issue with a drone i purchased.
  Simran was very understanding and diligent in resolving my issue with my faulty drone.
  I often hear of horror stories with faulty products and the hoops you have to jump through to get a resolution, but my experience was the complete opposite. I approached Simran with my issue and within the week, had my issue resolved adequately. Thank you so much for your help. Service like that does not come around often, so i wanted to make sure she gets recognized for her incredible efforts.
